Description: Located in downtown Toronto, neighbouring Union Station, this 4 week project was fast action.  Throughout the project:
  • Priestly Demolition skilfully demolished a 3 story building immediately adjacent to the tracks at Union Station.
  • Detailed planning and performance ensured all underground footing and foundation removals below tracks were successfully completed.
  • Necessary concrete was removed and retaining walls were reinforced for Simcoe Street to extend directly under tracks.
